Atrium Lobby
Our Atrium Lobby is ideal for day and evening events. Its 3-story glass walled views of Schumaker Pond are a magnificent backdrop to formal and informal occasions.
- Comfortably seats 70 for a banquet or 100 for a lecture
- The space can also be arranged for a much smaller event while still maintaining the intimate waterfront setting

Education Center
Our Education Room is well suited for meetings and presentations. This facility is a perfect companions to the rental of our outdoor pavilion.
Outdoor Pavillion
This newest addition to the museum grounds is our pavilion, situated on a concrete pad with electric service and lights. Overlooking the expanse of Schumaker Pond, this pavilion is one of the most notable rental spaces in the region. Whether for a cocktail party, a luncheon, or a wedding, this setting cannot be beat!
The Ward Museum is a non-profit organization and rental of its facilities are used to support museum operations.
Corporate membership with the Ward Museum entitles renters to 10% off their rental contract total, as well as member benefits throughout the year.
