A Gleeful Flight: Art, Music, and Bluebirds
February 7, 2014; 4 pm – 7 pm
at the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art
The Ward Museum invites students from Delmarva to submit their artwork to the annual Student Art Show exhibit held in the museum’s Welcome Gallery. This year’s theme is family. A family of birds is called a flight. New to this year’s show, singing groups from local schools will perform at the reception. Information and fun activities related to the Eastern Bluebird will also be featured. Come enjoy art, entertainment, fun crafts, and informational presentations about bluebirds and bird conservation science courtesy of the Maryland Bluebird Society and Dr. Tami Ransom, and door prizes from Ace!

6:30 – 7:00: “Beautiful Bluebirds” by Janice Ward
