Drop-In Art Saturdays 
Join museum educators in the museum's lobby between 10 a.m. to Noon on the 3rd Saturday of each month for this new family art program that is fun for all ages. Your family can drop-in, make and take fun art creations home with you. All children should be accompanied by an adult.
Pre-registration isn't required and the program is FREE!
March 17 - Join the Ward Museum for an introduction to the East Asian art of ink-wash painting. Sumi-e is a traditional artform that seeks to capture the spirit of the natural subject rather than it's exact form.

April 21 - REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Renowned carver Harry Jackson will lead participants in creating a chickadee silhouette decoy that will meet requirements to be entered into the Youth Division at the Ward World Championships. Unlike other Drop In Art programs, which are open for anyone to drop in on at any time, this one will have a set start and ending time, as well as a registration requirement. Of course there event will still be free.
