Tom Cornicelli:
  Painting Techniques for "Gunning Pairs"

Use dry brush and/or airbrush to recreate the subtle feathers of hens for gunning pairs from a “Gunning Pairs” champion. He will explain and demonstrate techniques used that have contributed to his successes. Students follow simple steps to create feather pattern, colors and details that are characteristic of puddle duck hens. Students can choose to paint one of the following species: Mallard, Green-winged Teal or Northern Shoveler. Please indicate species preferred on registration form. Cornicelli taught his first World class in 2009 where he received great response from his students.
