Drop in Art Saturdays

June’s Drop in Art is Toad Abodes. There are more than 21 species of toad in North America, and a single toad can eat more than 10,000 pesky bugs over the course of a summer. The best way to attract a toad to your garden is by giving them a home! We will be painting clay terra cotta pots and using the saucers as a water dish for our toads. We will have limited pots available on a first come, first serve basis. Artists are welcome to bring their own terra cotta pots to paint. We recommend between four to eight inch pots to become your new toad abode. All participants will learn about where to place their abode and why it’s important to have one.
